    Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) baking dish.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
